Hospital Buildings
> Ongoing bulk excavation to Forensic Building with muck shifting to park area
> Ongoing foundation works to Forensic and Non-Forensic hospital buildings
> Tower Crane installation and erection for remaining two tower cranes

Civil and Infrastructure

> Saturday 7th March - Out of hours work until 4pm, this is to complete essential road works outside of Storey Building (road linking to Glenburnie Rd). This needs to be undertaken on a Saturday when there is reduced traffic. The proposed works will include the delivery of material via lorries and use of various loaders and dumpers. We don’t anticipate the works to be excessively noisy.
> Road Closure - 30 March 2020 until the end of September 2020 - the section of road (shown in red on the drawing) between West Wing, Building 15 (Trust HQ) and Building 32 (Recovery College/ Restaurant/Conference Centre) will be closed to allow for essential infrastructure works and construction of the new road to take place.
> Bulk excavation, ongoing tree removal and hoarding erection to former golf course including topsoil strip
> Continuing plot preparation ongoing for handover to residential developer
> Ongoing demolition to former Golf Club House
> Ongoing hoarding to residential building plots adjacent to Harewood House and then continuing to plots along newly installed Springfield Drive
> Ongoing works to existing Ballroom Basement for future Energy Centre
> Security cabin installation adjacent to site welfare. Fitout and compound preparation works ongoing.
> Continued road construction to Springfield Drive at junction between Hayward House and Storey Building
> Ongoing works for nursery playground relocation
