> Bulk excavation, ongoing tree removal and hoarding erection to former golf course including topsoil strip
> Continuing plot preparation for handover to residential developer
> Demolition to former Golf Club House to commence with asbestos removal
> Hoarding to residential building plots commencing adjacent to Harewood House and then continuing to plots along newly installed Springfield Drive
> Site welfare cabin installation ongoing to site compound area
> Construction entrance off Burntwood Lane is now live
> Continued road construction to Springfield Drive outside Harewood House to Gate Lodge
> Preparation works underway for nursery playground relocation
