What is the Estate Modernisation Programme?
The development of new mental healthcare facilities at Springfield will be funded by a multi-million pound investment generated by the Trust’s Estates Modernisation Programme.
Surplus land within the Trust’s Estate which is no longer required for healthcare facilities is being vacated and sold, with the proceeds from these sales reinvested to deliver improved mental health services.
