Civil and Infrastructure (Delivered by Sir Robert McAlpine)

  • The park is open (with areas in Park area C cordoned off to allow maturing).

Residential Phase - Plots B-E and L&M (delivered by Barratt London)

Total number of plots sold to date is 243 with 35 plots remaining.

Primrose House (D2A) is fully occupied.

Works taking place during October and November: D1A internal fit out continues to complete mid-October, D2A both internal and external work progressing, 

Conversion of listed main building to residential - Plot S (delivered by City & Country)

Phase 1 is complete.

Works continue on Phase 2, which include:

  • Demolition to the final section of existing roof to Orchid Wing

  • Installation of new steel and timber frame to roof to Orchid Wing

  • Re-Facing of brickwork elevations

  • Masonry repairs and cleaning

  • Window refurbishment

  • Test and commissioning to apartments within Kitchen Block, Engineering Tower & Dormitory Wing apartments

  • Internal fit out and commisioning to communal areas above

  • Building Control / warranty provider inspections and certification for units ready to handover to purchasers in Kitchen Block, Engineering Tower & Dormitory Wing

  • Hard & Soft Landscaping to external areas

Currently on Phase 3 City & Country are doing preparation works for a new office facility for Share Garden in anticipation of decanting from Phase 3 areas. There are also improvements to access and hoarding works in advance of construction activity starting on site.

Next phase of new build residential Plots G, P, Q and F (delivered by London Square)

Block P

  • Completion of 2nd floor structural balcony brackets

  • Commence 5th lift brick work

  • Commence roof trusses to plots 230 to 233

  • Commence 2nd floor joists to plots 234 to 236

  • Commence 1st floor joists to plots 237 to 240

Block Q

  • Commence 1st lift brick work

  • Commence 1st lift scaffold

  • Commence district heating to Q houses

  • Commence 1st lift brick work to plots 242 to 244

  • Commence the installation of services & permeable road to plots 242 to 250

Block G

  • Commence 3rd lift brick work to block G2 & 3

  • Installation of block G1 & 4, 1st floor pre-cast planks

  • Continue brickwork to G2/3.

Block F

  • Commence block & beam to both block & houses

  • Commence external services and drainage.

  • Installation of tower crane on 28/11/24
