Springfield University and Tolworth Hospitals submitted for planning

After public consultation events, detailed designs for Springfield University Hospital (Forensic and Non-Forensic buildings) and Tolworth Hospital are submitted to the London Borough of Wandsworth and the Royal Borough of Kingston-upon-Thames planning departments.
